e-School – What is it?

E-school is an ALL-IN-ONE digital solution designed for managing primary and secondary schools — with Key focusses in School Academics, Finance and Administration. E-school is delivered as a SaaS (Software As a Service). Meaning you Pay a Subscription to continue using the System

e~School is Part of Systems Developed by Websols Interactive in the Line of Saas (Others Include e~Shop and e~Church). It Automates Manual Activities in a School while Offering a universal Access to All Users.

The System Operates in the Cloud and each school has its own sub domain. The System has both Academic, Administration and Financial Modules Applicable to any type of School. To onboard a user will pay the onboarding fee and Termly fees which are rated by the count of students.

Saas – Software as a Service – It is a software delivery model where applications are hosted on the cloud by a provider and made available to users over the internet, usually on a subscription basis. Instead of installing and maintaining software on individual computers or servers, users access it through a web browser or mobile app. – ChatGPT Definition.

In Short Saas is renting software instead of owning it, while the vendor takes care of infrastructure, updates, and security.

The System Includes modules for Student Admission and progressive maintenance of students Details.  It Keeps an Up to Date record of Parents Details. The Students are further Accessed from the finance, Exams, Rubrics and Library modules.

The System Further Includes Integration to Various Financial Providers to allow a seamless payment flow.  With Integrations to banks such as KCB, Equity and Cooperative Bank schools are able to receive payment IPN notifications from the Bank and the Bank Auto Processes the Transactions Automatically.

IPN – Instant Payment Notification. E-School Supports Integrations with banks that have IPN Integrations or web services.  So far we Support KCB Bank, Equity bank and Cooperative Bank.  Additionally we support MPESA Paybill and Till Integrations.

The System also includes BULK SMS Integrations with Mobile Sasa (Bitwise Technologies ) and AfrikaisTalking. The System is able to Send Bulk-customized SMS  to all Students and/or parents using the provider integrations.

The system further allows end-to-end customization of any module.
