e~School is a School Management System suitable for all types of Schools. It Allows efficient Management of students, parents and Teachers. It Includes a School Library management Module, exams/CBC rubrics Module, Finances Module, School Transport Management  Modules among other Modules such as Stores, Hostels, classes and  Expenditure Modules.  It also Includes integrations to other Third Party Providers such as Bulk SMS Providers and Banks (For Instant Payment Notifications)

e~School is best suited for all Schools either offering 8-4-4, CBC Based Curriculum. The system will not work well in Colleges as it follows a strict structure for Basic Education.

After Testing you will be required to Pay

1.  Onboarding Charges (Agreed Offer Price) – payable Once
2. Support and maintenance – Billed Per Active Student Per Year

E.g For A school with 500 Students – To onboard you pay a standard Charge (100,000) and thereafter pay 50 KES per Student Per Term.  The  onboarding Charges are distributed over a cycle of three terms, with the first installment being greater than 35% of the Agreed Offer Price.

Other Charges may include

• in-house Training at a rate of 10,000 KES Per session of 5 Hours. The rate may change as distances increases from the Capital City of Kenya Nairobi
• Annual SSL Certificates Subscription – Will Apply only if your Bank has a Special SSL Requirement
• SMS Costs – Billed according to the Provider Rates. (An Addition of kes 5000 May Apply For Some API Integrations)
• System Administration Costs – Optional Applies Where a Customer Wishes an e~School Administrator to Administer his Site instead of a local School Administrator
• Data Migration Costs – Applies only if you are Migrating from a Legacy system that does not offer automatic Methods of data Exports or if a Customer does not have a technical support Staff to handle Migrations

e~School is a Cloud Based Solution and Each school is mapped to their own sub-domain. We currently do not have a Local Solution and we are not intending to – as this will limit the basic principles of API Integrations and Universal Access. We However Support Client Installations on Local Servers under exceptional conditions governed by an Agreement on Usage and Support

Your data is safe within our data center – we have ensured all modern security enhancements are applied in our Base and Enterprise wide Servers.  We strictly adhere to the security Triad of Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability.  We additionally give you a backup of your data every day, week or Month which is delivered to your Email with very easy setup in the Administrator Settings

We have no user  limitations and we do not bill per user. You can have unlimited number of users of the Various User groups. Each user can only access the data as per the usergroup policy

Upon System Setup we only create the Super Administrator Account who can additionally create any other user or Additionally map a user to his/her roles.  A super Admin is centrally responsible for management of other users. Users can self reset their Password.

Assuming you have a comprehensive School, you only need one system as the Sections of the school are considered as one School. Schools Branches or sister schools with different name will be treated as a separate school. You can always reach out to our sales and billing for waivers on onboarding charges.

We support Mpesa and Bank Integrations. Currently we have an easy way of plugging in to Mpesa where you only add a callback url to our API. For banks We Support KCB (Both till and Account IPNs), Equity Bank and Cooperative Bank. We are constantly adding more banks as soon as we have you from that Bank not Listed Above

Currently we are not charging for any integrations already done, however for other not done we charge a facilitative fee. These Integrations have an annual Subscription to cater for special SSL Certificates Applicable to the Bank. The Charge is included in the System Agreement and on revision is Communicated upfront.

We offer Customized Bulk SMS Services where the client has acquired a SENDERID. We are only Supporting Bitwise (Mobilesasa) SM Provider. For Other Providers you will have to pay for integration to their API or Transfer your SENDERID to MobileSasa. SMS are billed as per the rates from Provider. The Choice for Bitwise is due to the Nature of their API – Which is Adaptable and Integratable for all Causes offering efficient SMS Delivery and Pricing

Before Committing yourself, we allow a free trial period not exceeding half of a term to allow you experiment the various artifacts of the system. During this Period you will only be required to pay for in-house training. Online Trainings will not be charged. During this Period you can test all system Artifacts including integrations.

Yes, the System Supports CBC Rubrics and further Combines this with the traditional Exams being graded using the CBC Grading Scheme. The Outputs to these are the Summary or Summative Assessment Reports

Our Work is development and that Module that is not on the System will be created for you, but at a Cost? We will bill you for that Module and avail it for use. Such a request is defined by the Change Order Agreement
